The Gobbler: House-roasted turkey breast served Philly style with "Wiz", roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and onions.

Buffalo Turkey Salad: House-roasted turkey buffalo style mixed with mayo, onion, celery, and blue cheese, served with lettuce and sliced tomato with just enough heat.

Chicken Salad: Lightly seasoned chicken mixed with mayo, cut grapes, celery, roasted red pepper, and spicy pecans served with lettuce and sliced tomato.

Tuna Salad: "The Turkey of the Sea" tossed with lemon vinaigrette, red onion, celery, and sun-dried tomatoes served with lettuce and sliced tomato.

The Death of Elvis: Toasted cinnamon swirl bread with peanut butter, seared slices of banana, a touch of honey, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

The Maui Waui: Ham topped with molasses-cured bacon, tropical fruit relish, and melted Swiss cheese.

The Nameless Sandwich: Grilled chicken breast, red onion, mozzarella, and mixed greens tossed with a chipotle lime vinaigrette.
